The steps
You send a request
Pick the job, its rough size and your area, then give a name and a phone number.
Maid VIP calls
The call goes through the rooms, any stains or pets, the fibers, and your questions.
You agree on a price
The price comes first, with stairs, furniture moving and extras listed separately, and no booking is made until you say yes.
The cleaning
Services fulfilled by our affiliated service partner, Maid VIP. Expect the carpet to be damp for some hours afterward.
One follow-up
About 30 days later, if you left an email address, a single email follows up: did the cleaning happen, and how did it go?
