The homes, and who sets the rules
Single-story attached homes, so there are no stairs to price. The City’s Housing Element lists Leisure Village among many senior communities in Camarillo, alongside mobile home parks, senior apartments and assisted living.
The village is guard-gated, and all three gates are staffed: the main gate around the clock, and the east and west gates from 6 AM (7 AM on weekends and holidays) until 7 PM. A cleaning company comes in like any other visitor, and the association’s rules cover the rest.

Ask the association office how to put the company on the gate list, and book inside gate hours if it will use the east or west gate.
